I have been waiting -- maybe until I have something insightful to say. Maybe until I figure out a "theme" for this blog. Or maybe just hesitant to mess it up. I had a fun blog running on myspace but, I cannot access it anymore. And damned if I'm going to recreate on such an Archaic platform! So....
I guess it's time to just jump off the fence, with both feet, and hope to have a balanced landing!
My little man is racing in his first pine wood derby tomorrow, and let me tell you -- he's fiercely excited! He isn't even complaining about missing hip hop! Although, little miss is very annoyed that brother's fun is messing up her ballet time.
Ah, the joys of two children and only one chauffeur.
In other news, I'm taking a class to become a "certified belayer" (yeah, I just made that term up). Little man and I have been enjoying (indoor) rock climbing and little miss wants to join the fun. Buuuut, she must be six; unless I belay her. So, learn to belay I shall!
And that will round out my first blogger blog

:-) I'm certified to belay. It is pretty scary the first couple of times you are holding the rope for your children.
Have fun at the Derby! I've been invited to one tomorrow, but not sure if I'll go yet.
