:-) Maybe you could mix it with yogurt that has live cultures. One like Dannon Light and Fit with only 40 calories or something like that. Just the way my mind works, not sure if I would really recommend it or if the outcome would really be the summation of the parts.
BTW, the word verification for this comment is "gofkg"...it just looks like it is telling me off or something else entirely.
